Rooms and room rates

Our goal: providing guests with a relaxing and comfortable stay in a quiet and welcoming environment.

Facilities available 

We have two guest rooms and one bathroom for guests, located on the second floor of our building. In our kitchen on the ground floor we will serve breakfast. When the weather is nice, we can serve breakfast in our garden, if desired.

Ground floor

Kitchen

In our kitchen on the ground floor we will serve breakfast. You are free to use the refrigerator, microwave oven, kettle and coffee maker in the kitchen. This is included in the room rate. 

Garden

If the weather is nice, it is possible for us to serve breakfast in the garden, if desired. Guests are also allowed to use the covered terrace with lounge set. You can park for free on our premises and bikes can be put in our garage and it is possible to charge your electric bikes there. This is also included in the room rate. 

Second floor

Room Fauna

Room Fauna is our biggest guest room.  This room has a double bed (160 x 200 cm), two bedside tables, sockets, a television, and two comfortable chairs. The room has air conditioning.

Room Flora

Room Flora is our second guest room. This room has a double bed (160 x 200 cm), two bedside tables, sockets. The room has air conditioning. This room has no television. Because the room is quite small, we have created a seat with two comfortable chairs in the hallway besides the room.

Bathroom

There is one bathroom on the same floor where the guest rooms are located. The bathroom has a shower, a toilet, a wash basin with mirror, a socket, a cabinet with a hair dryer, shampoo, hair conditioner, shower gel and handsoap. Upon arrival, each guest receives a set of towels, along with a bathrobe, for use at the property.

Room rates

If you book a room, you can specify whether you want a private bathroom or if you are prepared to share a bathroom with two other guests.  If you prefer a private bathroom, then we will make sure that the other guest room will not be booked. If you don't mind to share a bathroom, you will receive a € 20 discount on the room rate per night, regardless of whether there are other guests at the time or not.  If you book a double room for 1 person, you will receive a € 15 discount on the room rate per night. Tourist taxes are € 2,- per person per night. Below you can see a price list where the discounts have already been taken into account.

Important notices:

• Unfortunately, due to the placement of stairs throughout the property, this B&B may be less suitable for guests with reduced mobility. The B&B is not wheelchair-accessible.
  
• We have a cat living in the private area of the B&B. We will take every precaution to ensure she cannot enter any of the guest rooms.

• It is not allowed to smoke or vape in our B&B.
